BIJOU HOMES PROJECT APPOLONIA 100
Bijou Homes situated at Appolonia City in Oyibi is a 2,325-acre (941-hectare) mixed-use and mixed-income urban development in the Greater Accra Metropolitan area. The project, Appolonia 100, in partnership with Rendeavour is a 2,000- unit affordable housing project financed by Ghana Home Loans. The multi-million-dollar pilot project on six acres of land will hold a community of 100 semi- detached, detached and terraced units.
